Tracy Mcilroy, head broker, with 23+ years of experience in the natural products industry, trains each of her demo reps and brand managers to listen to customers needs and product requests while successfully communicating the beneficial aspects of each product. Our reps not only drive hundreds of miles each month to educate and follow up with stores, but get attend weekly sales meetings and new product events and briefings. Each rep is given a flexible schedule or flex time so there is time to meet their personal needs and also live the lifestyle that helps them feel healthy and beautiful.
